Introducing the Michas | Richetta Team

Last year I decided to change brokerage affiliation and joined with Rick Richetta at Compass to create a small team. He and I met years ago on a farm in the Briones region - him representing the sellers and me the buyers. We talked a lot in the interim and just a few months ago together chose Compass - it offers the platform we need to be great storytellers, to create evocative marketing, and to ensure that each listing is announced and distributed to the right buyers.

Already, Rick and I are better prepared to do what we say we're going to do and this frees us to enjoy our work and the people we work with.

I continue my work with buyers. For sellers my partnership with Rick has created tremendous leverage enabling us to delivery our vision: to provide data-driven, transparent, empathetic real estate advisory at every price point.
